“The Kingdom of Far, Far Away” is the fantasy theme of the 2016 Christmas dance to be held on Xavier’s campus on Saturday, December 10 from 8:00 to 11:00 pm.

The theme references the movie series Shrek while tying into the holiday season.

Susan Peters ‘17, member of the Christmas Dance planning committee, said, “The Christmas Dance has always been one of my personal favorite dances, and we’re really hoping for a large turnout.” She urges everyone to come and their friends to do the same.

Contributing to the festivities, the dance will feature karaoke, a green-screen photo area, a waffle food truck, Krispy Kreme donuts, and Hava Java.

Admission is $34 per person. Tickets must be bought online by 12:00 pm on December 9. Tickets must be printed for entry to the dance. Each Xavier and Brophy student is allowed one non-XCP/BCP guest, and must have a completed guest pass by December 9 at 8:00 am.
