Nine students traveled to Ireland in July to study creative writing while immersed in Irish culture.

Over the course of two weeks, they explored the streets of Dublin, roamed cemeteries, scoured beaches, hiked mountains, road ferries, toured Trinity College, went to the theatre, dined in restaurants and wandered museums.

By the end of the trip, each student selected one composition to share at a final reading in Dublin. There will be an opportunity within the next few months for these compositions to showcased at Xavier.
