This year’s auction theme was “Parisian Nights” which was showcased throughout the event. One main display was the Eiffel Tower projected on the Xavier bell tower.
Although not for auction, the new BMW i3 is showcased by BMW Camelback. Guests at the auction could view the inside of the car as well as ask questions about the vehicle.
Guests talk and mingle on the main Xavier lawn. There are displays of decor, chairs and lights, as well as a bar for the adults.
Several of the items for auction and raffle are displayed outside of the AC. Items available for raffle included a parking pass for graduation and $15,000 toward Xavier tuition.
The main outdoor area is filled with food, a photo booth and items from Gator gear. This showcases vendors as well as people shopping and looking at potential auction items.
Behind the scenes of the Mothers’ Guild auction showcases the amount of lights and side stage. The set-up behind the bar is showcased as well.
A small replica of the Eiffel Tower stands on the stairs to the Xavier library. It is illuminated and was one of the main features of the “Paris Picnic” theme of the auction.
