Borchard is committed to run track at Army next fall. “As a freshman I learned more of the adulting side of track, communication with coaches when I should run and how I was feeling. Transferring here, I was a good athlete but became a great athlete in my technique,” Borchard stated.
Additionally, Marley Stoller ‘25 is committed to run at Marquette University. “I had no expectations freshman year and then I became ranked as the top freshman in the 400 meters in Arizona and fourth in Xavier history, which motivated me to keep going and to see what I could do,” Stoller said.
Senior jumper Taylor Towns reflects on her experience over the past three years and on the community and her love for the team. “Being a part of track has been one of my favorite things about Xavier and is something I will deeply miss.”
This explains the motivating environment of the track team and how they all work together and motivate each other to reach their highest potentials.
