Even Xavier students have to hydrate, so they are especially generous in giving money for water for those in need to.

The National Honor Society does many things for the Xavier community and the community around us. Most recently, NHS held a water bottle drive. This water bottle drive is very important for people in need of water, especially in Arizona. With summer fast approaching, the hot and dry weather is especially scary for the homeless people in Arizona. Senior Alexia Knapp said, “Water is a necessity of the people living in Arizona.”

Dehydration is a really big problem for the residents of Arizona who don’t have access to water. Therefore, NHS asked the their members to each donate five dollars to go towards buying water for those in need. Senior Jasmyn Morales said, “The water bottle drive put on by NHS will help many in need.”
