Downtown Phoenix is home to a large “artsy” community. The infamous First Fridays take place there, bringing together all types of people to appreciate art at its finest. Roosevelt Row is the best street in all of Downtown to find outside murals. These murals all have something unique to say, and are also very Instagram worthy!
