Chloe Beery

Chloe Beery, Arts & Entertainment Editor

Chloe Beery is currently a senior at Xavier. Around campus she is involved in clubs such as Xavier Young Vincentians, XPress Journalism Club, and Key Club. She also is one of the 2024 Homecoming chairs this year. She serves as the public relator for Xavier’s National Honor Society and is a member of National English Honor Society as well as the Quill and Scroll Society. In her free time, Chloe enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with friends and family. Chloe’s favorite part of journalism is connecting with sources and having the privilege of telling other people’s stories on their behalf. This year, she looks forward to guiding the newsroom newbies into being the best writers they can be. She hopes to spend her last year with XPress writing stories she loves and creating new connections. Chloe is a Best of SNO award-winning writer. The Arizona Interscholastic Press Association (AIPA) awarded her an “Excellent” mark for news writing in 2023 and an “Excellent” mark for feature writing in 2024.
